When setting up an account in Outlook or Outlook Express I get an error saying unable to connect to my SMTP server. |

Why do my email messages keep getting returned? |

If your emails keep getting returned with the message "Unrouteable Domain", then you have exceeded your hourly limit for outbound mail. |

There is a 10MB limit on emails sent out. If you have an attachement that is larger than 10MB you can upload the file to your site and send the link/URL to that file, within your email. |

Why do e-mails from my webpage come from < username > @ <## > .<>.com when I have specified otherwise? |
|
This is because many hosting companies servers require you (or your script) to use a properly formatted, valid From: header in your email. If the From: header is not formatted correctly, empty or invalid system will change the from address to be <username>@<##>.<>.com. To stop this, you must change the script you are using to correctly use a valid From header. |
