HostICan have an extensive website dedicated only to their online knowledgebase which is handy for problem solving. They have over 50 online flash tutorials which walk you through a lot of the most common issues step by step. When you need that extra time and care they offer phone, online, and email support.

Space

200 gigabytes; most sites are 20 megabytes or less (1 gigabyte = 1,024 megabytes) so there is more than enough space to host a variety of websites.
